Canada heights twinshock championship , I spoke to Bengt Aberg many times during that day asking him would he ride a HL500 if I could find him one as he rode a modern yz426 most of the meeting! Shame really as Vic Allen was in other class on a ccm, as i walked down the paddock towards the end of the day the lady with Bengt ask me if I could get the use of a HL500 for Bengt to ride a couple of parade laps ! so Luckily A friend of mine Lee Davis was at the meeting with his HL500 so I ask Lee could I borrow is bike of which he kindly obliged I rode it down the paddock to Bengt Aberg and handed the bike over to him were the lady posed for a picture on the back of the bike ! Made my day finally meeting the great man himself ! Nice to film Lee Davis talking to Bengt about his HL !
