Love my 2021 Titan PRO4X. Second Titan, previously a SV. This truck has everything I could ask for in a truck other than an slightly lower towing capacity. Don't care about that. Comfort, great engine, warranty is amazing, and this will be my retirement truck. Excellent value.

Apples, oranges, lemons, it don’t matter Ben, imo the tundra can kick rocks. The titan takes this non comparison all day. Toyota took what was a good truck and sissified it. No tow hooks, aftermarket-looking touchscreen, v6, and tail lights that look like they belong on an oldsmobile…titan hands down. Thanks Ben.

$$ vs $$ comparison is the best way to go. I just bought a 2024 Titan Pro 4X and the option like the nicer ventilated leather seats, and dual panel panoramic moonroof and some other included options, the Titan is the better buy for the money. I like the cluster panel better and that was a big selling point, but the 5yr/100K warranty is the #1 reason I bought the Nissan.

For a NA V8 fuel economy really isn't bad like some would say considering that this is a full sized half ton truck, that comes with diff factors of course (driving style, weather, terrain, etc..). City driving can range from 16mpg to 21mpg, 21 mpg is the most I had so far, Average would be 18.. I only had it for a few month now. I love it so far.

Worst mistake for Nissan to cut off the Titan, they should keep the V8s while everyone else goes for turbos, hybrid, and the rubbish EVs. I don't even like to charge my phone, how does that translate to charge a car for hours in the winter... Lithium-powered cars is the biggest scam of the century.

I still own the original 2004 Nissan Titan King Cab, I've replaced a lot of parts on it, no lying, I probably could have bought another truck altogether. But the engine, that damn engine is the best engine I've ever driven. I picked up a very rare 2019 king cab Tundra pro to replace it. I was like, man this thing is weak. Told my buddy to drag race me in my Titan head to head across a massive parking lot. He smoked me in my own truck. The Tundra just had no off the line. Put the Tundra on Ebay and made a tidy profit. Still have the Titan. But now...now they've thrown down the gauntlet. I have to finally replace my old Titan with a 24'. No way am I missing out on the last year of that engine!!! Try Enterprise car sales. Many CPO's that dealers get come from Enterprise and they have a 12 month 12k mile warranty and a 7 day, 1,000 mile warranty to try out the vehicle. They have the Carfax and the vehicles have been certified and inspected. I got a 2022 with under 50k miles for under 30k. There are many like that for the $25k-$29k range! No haggle price and no dealer markups. The process was simple and easy. Highly recommended.

Actually the turbo v6 makes more torque and a lower rpm than the v8. The V8 is the one tht jas to rev to get into its torque band. That 3.4 turbo males more torque at 2000rpm than the 5.6 makes at any rpm. This might be nitpicking, but one of the major negatives about the Tundra is that the rear bumper stops at the edge of the tailgate. So with the gate down, there is no bumper corner to step onto. The drop down step is only available on certain trims. It's like Toyota forgot that some folks use their trucks to work out of. Again, it's a small detail that is a big issue for me. Also, turbo motors just don't last. I would choose the Nissan.

I like the titan. But wondering if resale will plummet when it’s discontinued. Will people take the chance buying a discontinued vehicle? Will the Titan name have a bad stigma attached to it when afterwards.

I think with the Titan being discontinued the value might actually have better longevity.

I test drove a new Tundra. I did not like it at all. It was a soulless vehicle. It was a fully dressed 1794 Edition. Well built and quiet but, completely soulless.

Titan is a far better truck than the "new" Tundra. What a POS this is. Tundra went from the most reliable truck to possibly the most unreliable, from one of the nicest looking trucks to the ugliest, from reasonably prices to insanely expensive.... Some one should have been fired for this abomination.

You will hear the American bald eagle above you while you’re laying down on your hood waiting for a tow truck. I’ve been a mechanic for 30 years the Titan and the Tundra are the most reliable trucks in the whole world !!!!!

I have been thinking of replacing my 2018 Tundra (my 9th since 2001) and I keep thinking about 2 trucks…a 2021 Tundra TRD Pro or a Certified 2023 Titan Pro 4X or a Platinum Reserve. The ‘21 TRD Pro with 40k sells for as much as the $65k ‘23 Premium Reserve with 2k miles. That Titan is a lot of truck for the same money. The 2022 - 2024 Tundras are out of the question. Right now they are overpriced and many are unreliable. Check out Tigger Happy’s video he just posted today. Toyota is buying black his 2022 under the Lemon Law. It’s been a nightmare for him to own. Untamed Motors has been crucifying Toyota for their abandonment of their customer base due to their extraordinary price increases and their POOR build quality. He is KZfaq’s #1 Toyota fan boy and he is very disappointed in their newest Tundra.
