I’m in a depression, and I know it too well. I just lost my job and searching again for another one. Let me tell you, I’ve watched this video everyday at least 5 times a day and it give me hope and strength that depression cannot take away. Thank you for your videos.

I was walking on the road thinking about my life and what I needed to do to unlock the best in me... while I was walking my phone was in my hand... and I heard it go off with this video... and I couldn't stop listening .. Every single time I fail or when I get rejected or when life throws something at me i dont see it as failure, i see it as a way that life testst me to see if im gonna cry about it and give up or to fight it and prove that I wont break, bcs I got rejected again by a girl for the 100th time or that my boss got mad at me bcs i didnt finish my work in time for the 100th time or when I decide to skip the gym for the 100th time. All I see is an opportunity to learn from it and try again tomorrow and prove to urself u are a tank and u can take the hits.....all thank to these videos

Some people need a pat on the back and a word of inspiration sometimes. I am not one of those people. That is why I love Jocko and Goggins. Straight to the point and a kick straight in the face. Cowboy it the f'ck up and keep moving. Eventually it will get better. Maybe not today, But as long as I move forward through the suffering I always find victory just past where others succumbed to their defeat.
