These are areas where the homes are at least $600k or more or rent for a 1BR 1BA apartment is $2,500 a month and up. There are 'middle class' neighborhoods that are more affordable but still beautiful and safe. They include Hialeah, Virginia Gardens, Cutler Bay, The Redlands, North Miami, West Miami, Kendall, Homestead, Palm Springs, Miami Springs, and Highland Oaks. If you factor in cost you will get more bang for your buck in these communities and therefore they should be the top ten.

Thank you for this video Sharon. As a person in his early 40's. I intend to start over in Miami with a new career and a brand new lifestyle. The place seems to be more fitting for me than Belfast where I am now at this time. Please keep up the great videos. All the best.

Belfast ... so your no stranger to war zones .. just watch the local miami news. One caveat thought it's easy to buy guns. That being said ... it is an awesome place.

My old stomping grounds! I've lived in Coral Gables (Go Hurricanes!) and worked in Coral Gables, Doral and on Key Biscayne. And I produced many fun events in the Grove.

Miami !!!!!! I have been to Los Angeles , Atlanta , Chicago, Charlotte, New York City, Las Vegas and nothing compare to Miami Miami the best city

I currently live in San Diego, although I've lived in Miami for most of my life, from 1975 through 2014. Westchester is an unheralded community which has always been well maintained across the board, while not being overpriced as many of the high-end communities that you mentioned. Centrally located and not pretentious.

@@SharonColon You're very welcome Sharon. The main reason I'm in San Diego is because of the climate. When I was an active duty Marine, I was stationed in Camp Pendleton, which is in San Diego County. I fell in love with the area, and I promised myself that someday I'd move out here. I visit South Florida every year to see family and friends, and I make it a point to get out into the Everglades, I love the 'Glades, I used to drive an airboat.🐊 Best wishes to you, and continued success in your endeavors. 😊✌

And can you give the names of these townships to all the rich areas because you’re trying to bring rich people around you but there’s people that are poor people that are middle-class people who work they come to Miami they come to Orlando to come to Kissimmee to come to Fort Lauderdale where are the cheaper areas for people to live and the names of the township would be very helpful no

Can you show the houses and the other parts of the city then you don’t feel like you wanna be a part of because there’s a little bit lower class areas do you know where the poor and the middle class people move why don’t you show those areas because we would like to look at it
