Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.

◾️ Elbow Plank
◾️ Right Elbow Side Plank
◾️ Left Elbow side plank
◾️ Boat Hold
◾️ Elobow plank

Each exercise perform 20 sec work 10 sec rest . The full repeat time 2.30 minute then take 30 sec rest , back to sec start again continues 5 Repeats 15 min work then you guys feel strength in your core advanced and Athlete can try 30 min 10 repeats. 👍🏽

This is the best exercise.. I have been doing this for past 6 years.. No thoppai.. U will like that pain.. But I do this for straight plank 2 min side plank 1 min.. Really good result
