Each exercise perform 20 sec work 10 sec rest . The full repeat time 2.30 minute then take 30 sec rest , back to sec start again continues 5 Repeats 15 min work then you guys feel strength in your core advanced and Athlete can try 30 min 10 repeats. 👍🏽
