Interview is in a right pace, and both of them giving space to the other is nice to watch. But one suggestion... interviewer asks the questions prepared without any continuity or relation to the answer Parthiban says, which disrupts the flow. It would have been nice if the interviewer was able to question in a way it is connected to his answer , so it would be a conversation rather than an interview.
