Correct me if I'm wrong, but cash backs, credit card rewards or savings is not passive income. Cash backs and credit card rewards are one-time pay-outs and savings are savings. Income is money received on a regular basis, so there was only one good and risk free advice on passive income in this video, and that was selling your creative skills.

Peer-to-peer lending is passive income: income is generated weekly if not daily. Cashback credit cards generate a monthly income, as do some savings accounts.

Exactly, ppl don't know that you have to do sooo much to actually have a consistent income with those reward programs and cash back initiatives. There's not always a total guarantee to there

As someone that works in the industry, please do not switch your gas and electricity providers as the moment. With the soaring gas and electricity prices you will lock yourself in a deal that is more expensive than the current price cap on a standard variable tariff! Usually switching every year is highly recommended but the market it is a very unique position at the moment

Using credit card to get rewards it's not for majority of people watching this channel, only those people that are rich or out of debt completely can do that. If you are still trying to get out of debt DONT DO IT.

Love that you said youtube is not passive, many of the videos people say it is passive. It definitely requires alot of up front effort, and in order to be favored by the algorithm, continuing effort by putting out new videos weekly.

Don’t do it! Unless you’re stable financially. You will end up spending more and the rewards won’t be worth it. And the fees if you don’t stay on top of things. If you’re successful sure-you have a huge and stable disposable income and can Afford to spend so these credit cards will make sense. But if you’re starting out in your careers, just avoid credit cards. These companies are smart they know what they’re doing…just stick w cash…or debit. The psychology of it.. you’ll spend less. Other tips are great!

There are CC's that give rewards without yearly fees. Put your bills on autopay on that card and you'll earn rewards

One of the ways I’ve seen the cash back and rewards thing work is if someone has a business or a mortgage and they run the expenses through of the business and mortgage through the credit card for free points/rewards. ie a cafe owner who has an Amex card, gets frequent flyer points.

Props to you for ranking these passive income ideas in levels of difficulty/involvement. Especially real estate - so many fake gurus promote real estate investment, without even mentioning the level of involvement/maintenance involved.

Cash-back is a saving, NOT an income!!! Cash-back credit card offers are ONLY for people already with lots of money, with a very high credit score, and multiple credit cards already! There are other influencers on KZfaq talking about this and bragging about how many credit cards they have and how some companies give them perks for using their credit cards. Changing your credit card decreases your credit score for a few months and majority of people using credit cards do so out of necessity and have poor credit scores! Worst idea, Patricia!
