My favorite opening titles would have to be Thunderbirds and my favorite end credits would definitely be Captain Scarlet.😁

The boogie-woogie pianist Terry Miles plays a cracking version of the Joe 90 theme on his YT channel, it's always one of my favourites. For me though, the best opening titles would be UFO.

Doppleganger is underrated and also the secret service. the effectiveness of the music helps (thunderbirds and similar)

Stingray for me because of just how exciting and dynamic it is out of all of them, although if you include the pre-credits action roll of the rescue etc rather than just the mugshots, then Thunderbirds is a close second.

Opening has to be thunderbirds, cpt scarlet and space 1999 (year 1). End credits have to be joe 90, cpt scarlet terrrahawks

Fave themes........ Stingray Joe 90 Space 1999 UFO Titles....... Space 1999 Joe 90 Captain Scarlet I realise this is heresy but I just didn't take to Thunderbirds

UFO, as it so effectively conveys that SHADO means business Fireball-XL5 because of the ominous serious tone and that tension ...!

For me, the Thunderbirds march will forever be the No.1 Gerry Anderson theme, but I do agree Joe 90 is a good choice of favourite. ❤

I just learned that according to IMDB Gerry Anderson was an uncredited writer on 'Moonraker,' the James Bond movie from 1979!? If this is true (because if wrong it wouldn't be the first time IMDB screwed the pooch) why is no one talking about this!?
