I am glad that have you reviewed the Lattafa Mayar Natural Intense, because some people hate it and some people love it. I also own Swiss Arabian Oud Tonka (3, I bought it from TikTok UK for 19.99, and just right after the price jump to 59.99 pout😂) and I love it. Yes to tattoos! In our culture, you'll see a lot of us with tattoos. Many have tribals to portraits to words. It is not frowned upon. In fact, a young kid getting tattooed by their elders are the norm. Obviously, it always has a strong, powerful meaning behind it. The men (my husband, bros & son in laws) and women (my daughters, sisters, etc.) in my immediate family has either both or one arm or leg tattoos. My husband has both legs tatted from his knees to his toes. It’s so beautiful!

I have both Khair & Affection and Khair is sweeter and more pistachio gelato ice cream smelling on my skin, and Affection comes off more of a light fresh pistachio scent and not as sweet. I love them both, they both smell very differently on my skin.

If you want to try another dupe for Greenwich Village, there's one from Metropolis/Emper that's pretty good and has a very similar bottle to make it obvious. They also have a dupe for New York Nights that's not as strong or long lasting as the Bond, but nearly identical in scent. I think the whole Metropolis line is some of the most popular Bond fragrances

I have the dupe from Metropolis, there’s a YT reviewer that claimed it smelled very similar in the dry down. I still have mine but barely wear it, I wish it was sweeter. I wonder if this one that Pau is recommending is a lot better. I’m so tempted to get it 🥴

@@KayMed-1 I have the original and mainly get dupes to have that bottle for as long as possible so I'll be trying the one Paulina recommended. There's one dupe called Coral Gables from a brand called Alt Fragrances. It's sharper than the Bond and doesn't have the oakmoss note that gives the Bond some earthiness, but I love it. If you want the freshness and sweetness but even stronger it's a good one.

Finally received Avenue London the bottle is so stunning! I have the Metropolis dupe and comparing to this one, the metropolis is a lot sharper. This Avenue London is super light in my opinion. I sprayed it in the air and on my skin and it’s extremely faint…. It is however much much smoother than metropolis. I hope that this one gets a bit stronger as it sits for a couple months.

When I first got this I felt like I was spraying water. But I tried again to today and it has gotten way better. I sprayed it on my hand and I keep getting whiffs of such a nice fragrance. Soft but nice. I hope it gets even better. But when you 1st try it is like what the what is this. Same for Mayer natural intense. Both I can smell now.

Out of the list of fragrances you showcased here, could you please give me a numbered list of which come from clone houses and which are original compositions? The only thing putting me off delving into Arabic fragrances is my confusion over the shocking volume of brands specialising in offering cheap counterfeits of other fragrances. Thank you! 🙂

Totally irrelevant but I think you are a perfect example of a "dark/deep winter" in the color season system, I seldom see anyone look as GOOD in black as you do, Paulina.
