Golden flower is a sleeper. I use to love the one inside EL DORADO. Once they closed that one down I found this spot. Bang for your buck & tasty! Recommend if your near THE ROW

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Reno is 101 Taiwanese Cuisine. The food there is authentic Taiwanese and has most popular Taiwanese dishes that you'd find in Taiwan. They also have boba drinks for those who like it. It is located in downtown near the casino area. They have small parking lots, though. I parked on the street.

We fly to Reno 3-4 times a year. We always hit Pho 999, Arario and Kwoks. Never had sushi because we live in Hawaii.

Filipino food is quite different from other Asian cuisines. I'm not a big fan of it. You being from Hawaii, I'm sure you are well-versed in this. Your wife is like my husband & I...we could eat food from Asia any day, every day. I am getting excited for my fact-finding trip to Reno at the end of this week!

I've been to Tokyo 3 times and was not impressed. Always went on a weekday and their service and attitude is horrible. Definitely have had the best sushi at Hinoki. The owners Gerson and Duke are the sweetest. You will always see them out on the floor checking in on the customers.

Sorry to hear that! We always sit at the bar where service is quick. It can be a little slow if you’re at a table, that is true.

@@DavidTully775 we sat at the bar once, and twice at the table. It was mostly the ugly attitude from the staff. Each restaurant has their good run and usually their staff gets cocky (Ijji) until a better place comes around. The cooks were really nice when we sat at the bar.
