Again, using the word best is a reach. Numbers don’t lie, that’s a high crime area. Newnan comes up as 100 most dangerous cities in the US. for crime. Senoia is probably the safest city in Coweta. Schools and walk scores are also very important. Newnan should never be placed in the same sentence as Fayette. I’m glad your customers are satisfied, that means your doing a great job. Great video! We lived in Fayetteville from 1992 to 2008 when we moved to Coweta Co. (Senoia). I’m five minutes from Peachtree City. Love the slower pace of life here while still having the convenience of great shopping and healthcare.

I love the South side of town. I'd live there if my businesses weren't up on the North side.

Hahaha....I don't blame you!! I don't know that it'll get close to the congestion of the North side, which is ridiculous at times, but growth is definitely coming your way!

Omg when he stared singing 🤣🤣🤣 I WAS DEAD AFTER THAT!!! Im STILL ON THE FLOOR!! I've been quietly binge watching here in Guadalajara the past hour but when sang hotter than a hoochie coochie and then it cut off, tears came to my eyes I couldn't stop😅🤣🤣😅. Im sold! The Fair Housing Act makes it illegal for Real Estate professionals to "steer" clients to/from a specific area based on race. However, it's pretty easy to do a search on the census government website to see the specific demographics of an area. Here's an emaple...www.census.gov/quickfacts/doravillecitygeorgia

I have family in Fayetteville. I need to be able to shop Sprouts, Whole Foods, Costco, farmer's markets. How far are such organic options from Fayetteville or what's a nearby town with low cost of living that has organic restaurant spots?

Is Fayetteville a safe place to live? I was considering moving to Fayetteville in the near future. I heard certain shopping areas aren't safe to shop in the daylight or night hours.

It's a very difficult question to answer because what's consider "safe" to one, may be considered dangerous to someone else. For example, many reports say that downtown Atlanta is dangerous and unsafe. And periodically, you'll see news reports highlighting some crime downtown. However, I own a retail in downtown for the past 7 years and I'm there daily and often until late at night and have never had even one situation where I felt unsafe. It's all relative. Specifically looking for a conservative town,no school mask mandate and would like some space/land for kids to play..dont really care about shopping and restaurants.. Can you recommend a few towns? Thanks

Incorrect; Newnan is high crime, drug hub (meth city), Coweta County is a No Go! Yes! Fayette is the Best County south of Atlanta; Peachtree City, Tyrone, and Fayetteville. I Would never ever recommend anyone to move to Newnan :( Signed ~ Peachtree City Resident

I have multiple clients that have moved from out of state to Newnan and various parts of Coweta with young kids and they absolutely love it there! They thank me all the time for showing them the area and can't speak high enough about it. But you live in PTC, so I'm sure you're not biased at all. 🙃 Thanks for watching and for the feedback

I'm in deep south too. Charleston, SC and it's not always safe for black people.

@@pinkorganichorse Lol....very valid point. That made me laugh out loud! hahah.... It's definitely a part of Georgia with a lot of rich culture and heritage, but that stereotype is just that......a stereotype. Us Southerners are often labeled as "white" when we really have no idea what that means. Southern Hospitality is a real thing and as soon as anyone experiences it, they understand it. People are people, humans are humans and color doesn't mean didly f*$ng shit. Southerners love everyone. Period. We are a beautiful blend of every culture and nationality here and we love it. Anyone that pushes against that isn't practicing true Southern Hospitality and they can go F-themselves. Point them out to me and I'll gladly show them the way to Florida....
