We just spent 4 nights at racecourse campground..absolutely loved it and the crescent head bakery. Glad to say they’ve moved the three bins up behind the campground on the road in.

Been 12 weeks, but they now seem to have sorted problem out. Nothing like fresh Taylor. Best to cut their throat to bleed them. They are easy to get a decent fillet. Skin the fillet and cut the red meat strip out. To cook wrap in foil with a few slices of lemon and butter. Mmm mmm. If you hook a few decent size fish you get plenty of white meat.
