unnoticed because this board is not impressive, that's simple. I bought this once, 5075 kit, and sell it after 1 week because the snap in pivot is very weak and very easy to break, the gasket mount is sucks and the way they design it with the bottom case is kind of stupid, I've never seen any board has this kind of bad design, you CAN NOT add any kind of foam under the PCB if you want to mod, you just only can do tape mod, because slightly thick foam can make it's hard to snap in the top case and bottom case, what a bad design I need to repeat this, don't know why still some people give good review for this board.

​@@jessijam5385 Not every keyboard needs case foam. The purpose of case foam is to remove hollowness, so if a keyboard isn't hollow why add foam? The GMMK Pro also has almost no room for case foam when tape modded and almost no flex with gasket mount the same goes for the GMMK2 and Feker IK75 (what's flex) almost no space for tapemod + case and yet those are popularly reviewed. I am not saying this a good board and I do think the V1 is better but your point about case foam is kinda weak, not every keyboard needs the same mods.

Epomaker doesn't really make boards, they just rebrand stuff, akko on the other habd is an actual keyboard designer that makes new stuff

It's always out of stock everywhere. But good news, Akko recently announced the PC75B v2, so you might wanna wait for that one to come out. They fixed a lot of the issues that were in the v1.

I posted 2 replies but I guess links are not allowed. Anyway, you can check out Akko's ecomm site, and the v2 is actually available now. It's in collab with Cinnamoroll's 20th anniversary. So if you want to get it now and don't fancy the keycaps, just change them to whatever you like.

From their Facbook post, what changed was improved top mounting structure so that switches don't fall off, the usb daughter board has been reworked as well. It's not detachable without the need for screws. And finally a shorter knob based on general customer feedback.

Akko seems to be cheaper at least where i am, also, it has side difussed RGB, if i remember Feker doesnt have that and the rgb can be seen tro the keyboard even when you get the "normal" one, not the transparent (it wouldn't be a problem but since it's not diffused you get ugly look of the rgb, like if it was holyday lights)

Jelly blacks don’t really thock for this I think. I’d probably go with Akko radiant reds. Those switches are probably the best budget switches for a thocky keeb

@@CGBuild i just modded my keychron q3 with your cg mod and the ice mint switches from your dream board it sounds good. can the material from the medical wrap have any long term issues. this is my first mod just curious. i also did the 2 layer tempest mod and removed the eva foam.

i used elastic bandage it looked close to the same material you used.

Because it’s not something I care about.. leds are in every board now a days and honestly could care less about it.. I try to make keyboards sound, look and feel good.. not show off stuff in videos that I don’t care about

Sure but don't you think you have kind of an obligation to show off everything irrespective of your own biases? Since you have a diverse audience, some of whom may in fact be interested in the LEDs. I get your point of view but just saying that at least a mention would've sufficed. ..

The interference issue has less to do with the quality of the keycap and more with its profile. Cherry profile, which is common in high-end sets like GMK -will- have issues with north-facing LEDs.

@@grubbygeorge2117 .. All I have are authentic set full sets of GMKs so that interference is BS. I only use Cherry MX and Cherry MX cloned switches. Again, absolutely zero interference issues. Try to find an actual case where people had interference with authentic GMKs.

@@DJaquithFL certain switches will more more issues than others, even switches from the same brand. For example, I have the TTC ace switch which have severe interference issue on row 3 & 4. The same brand TTC sky blue v3 switches have none. The interference creates some weird noises on the TTC ace. Anyway, I have now fixed it with either using long pole switches or SA/OEM profile keycaps.

@@galacticraymond .. If the switches are Cherry MX 1:1 cloned (expired patent) I've never had a problem with a Cherry MX or OEM or even SA especially authentic GMKs. I haven't tried DSA or XDA styles. Some off-brand, excuse me by saying half-assed, poorly cloned keycaps and / or some oddball square or unusually shaped stem maybe. Again authentic, I have never run across an issue yet and I have both styles of PCBs. Frankly, if you're using solid keycaps, I think it's bordering on ridiculous to even have LED underlit keycaps. If you want the wow factor of RGB LED then get: clear / translucent or pudding or .. South may benefit from "artifact bloom" glows with front / South facing legends.

depends on what gateron switches you are talking about. The Oil Kings for sure have no interference, CJs and Cap Gold V2s are great at reducing or avoid interference altogether.
