Best cheap foam cannon! Which one takes it?? In this video I put what I know to be the 2 most popular "cheap foam cannons on amazon head to head. I have been using the Dusichin for the past 8 months or so and have loved it! check out the video to see how the TriNova compares.

I have a cheap one I got off Amazon and it does better than some of the more expensive ones I've had. I've had it for five years now.

Thanks for the video Andy. Trinova was my first and only cannon. I usually use Chemical Guys Honeydew snow foam when doing regular maintenance washes. I’ve occasionally used their extreme body wash and wax also. I plan to purchase some Adams to see how they all compare.

Check out the PowerFit one. Can be purchased at Walmart for 15-17 dollars. Only holds 24oz though. It's a great option that can be picked up in person vs ordering online should you have a failure. I love them for wheel cleaners. Foams BrakeBuster and NanoSkin Non-Acid like crazy. I left these wheel cleaners sitting in the bottle since October and still going strong.

I have a cannon similar to the $15 one you have; may be the same one but not sure of brand name. Don’t have a true dedicated snow foam; Adams regular car soap is primary soap I use. I also recently got Ethos Ceramic Soap in a mystery box that I’ll be trying soon.

You were the reason I purchased the Dusichin foam cannon. I have the same CG Soap but was too low, so I used Adam's Mega Foam & it was PERFECT! I couldn't believe how much foam it produced & how easy it was! (Using SunJoe electric pressure washer)

It is aerating the foam more hence it's thickness, that's why more expensive guns are not getting any better foam. Introducing more air is the trick. Don't waste your money on $100 plus guns.

What was your dilution ratio on the TriNova and the other one.Kinda hard to hear with the noise. Also the non trinova is thet metal on plastic.

Thanks for the video, I’m ordering a Trinova now. What pressure washer are you using & psi? I like that it only turns on when you squeeze the trigger. I use a gas powered 2400psi 5.5hp & it’s so loud I have to wear ear plugs!!!

Did you swap out the orifice in either or both cannons to the 1.1mm one?

The foam helps to get off the top layer of dirt and helps it to run off the vehicle. I now use a pretty runny soap as that really helps.

It’s the same unit as the Trinova with a different name.

The main difference is that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, meaning if you have any issues (even 8 months after purchase) we'll either send a replacement, offer a refund, or send replacement part if you need it. I don't think Tool Daily does that.

I have the smaller one the smaller Canon he usually uses. I used a caliper to check the orifice I'm pretty sure it's a 1.1 that comes with it.. that would be the smaller canon. It doesn't tell you what it comes with but I'm pretty sure it's a 1.1.

Great video mate but that's NOT a cheap option here in the UK.....Amazon are currently selling the Trinova unit at £44.95 which I think is around 60 bucks US!!!!

The TriNova looks suspiciously, A LOT, just exactly, 100%, dead on like my daily tool foam cannon from Amazon. Pretty sure they are not the same though obviously. Stick on the outside is different.

i dont understand why people waste their money on this stuff. Wasting money on electrical bill, water, soap, and cannon. You will have to scrub dirt off anyways. Its like a kid finding a bubble making machine at the toy store. Bucket with soap does the job.

Your right, if you have a car with a horrible paint finish that's scratched and faded it doesn't really matter how you wash it, but for those of us who actually want to "properly" detail our cars we have to take precautions in detailing to prevent swirls and scratches due to improper washing methods. I have a black car with extremely hard water out of my spigot. Some of us are forced to use deionized water / treated water through our pressure washer to prevent the hard water spots. If you're not a car enthusiast you probably won't understand the satisfaction of it all :D

@@GypsyBoysOutdoors oh no man I'm 200 percent a car guy. I put in a lot of effort to preventing scratches. But the foam cannon is a complete joke. Foam canons will not magically remove stuck on dirt from your paint. Just not enough to remove stuck on dirt or grime. You will have to use a microfiber towel and agitate the dirt some kind of way. Even pressure washing alone will only do so much. I get it you like to play with the foam. But using the pressure washer basic soap feature will yield the same final result as foam canons. I have tested them all. There are a bunch of videos here on KZfaq that will show that as well.
