But resistance band doing pain on skin when i do workout by touch with body. Are you also suffering for that????

TIP for alternative incline/decline bench: from those who have a home treadmill (I have inexpensive manual one☺), and do not have workout bench (spacious and $), 1] Wrap closed flat band or looped band with cables under runner. 2] Grab each end on both sides. 3] Position yourself on incline or decline of runner. Now you can do presses, flyes and overhead extensions (skull crushers). Effective for upper and lower pecs.👍Creativity on motion😄

Gyms are closed where I’m at so I bought a set of bands. While they are great at hitting certain muscle groups, I’ve been having a hell of a time when it comes to hitting my chest. I just can’t seem to get that deep burn and pump when I’m using bands for my chest like I can when I’m using free weights. It’s very hard to concentrate the resistance directly into my chest. Any advice?

They're good for a beginner but a gym guy who easily bench presses over 120 pounds will face a lot of trouble for even activating the muscle.

@@V1b2910 Do one arm pushup instead + weighted dips. Bands have different levels of resistance. Therefore, band pullover over a medical ball could also be an option

@James Lovelace 100% agree! Although this channel continues to demo exercise without showing the anchor point, user is left to imagination for best, effective placement (tho some alternative accessories shown are helpful). Just double loops if limited to variety sizes. Bands and loops great workouts!
