I have a restart button on my WiFi router and I used it to fix my problem or you can turn off your router and turn it back on. 3. don’t immediately turn your xbox on after you unplug or restart your router. Use your phone to check on when the service from your WiFi comes on(NOT WHEN THE WIFI COMES ON, *THE SERVICE* that you get from your WiFi comes ON. Once it’s back on turn on Xbox. Check your detailed network statistics and see if your problem was resolved.

I run IPV4 off my metro PCS hotspot enabled phone since I don't have WiFi service (Assuming you need WiFi connection or Ethernet to have IPV4/IPV6.) I had WiFi back in the day when it was all 4G and stuff before this new 5G bullshit which is just more radiation to cook your brain. So yeah IPV6 isn't really necessary unless you want faster download speeds cause I never really notice any difference server wise. I can get into games and get out of them and rejoin just fine. Matchmaking works amazing. Netflix streams perfectly although I could choose to watch it on my phone. The only flaw is slower download speed and limited data cap. So once you use all your hotspot you are stuck with an offline console until your next bill cycle. I'm never having WiFi service or a modem/router/death machine in my house again. You don't need the highest Mbps speed blah blah blah this blah blah blah that Service for how much a month on a how many year contract to milk you dry out of your money. just get a hotspot enabled phone and a good cellular service plan. I remember when everything was truly unlimited now everything has to be included with a plan so you have to pay more to get what you want, and if you don't believe me about the radiation well when I talk on the phone for a certain amount of time I'll start feeling nauseous and sick. So always keep your devices a safe distance from your body or make sure it is off. Even microwaves emit radiation.

How did you get those upload readings? I have1 gigabit fiber(download/upload), but the only thing that shines is my download speed. The highest I've seen is over 800 down and my upload won't go above 28 mbps. I've tried different dns servers.

really interesting video one thing I would say is I have been on Xbox one and Xbox x for years combined and regards to the ping mine has been as low as 14ms for a number of weeks and is now sat at 30ms but on the odd occasion has jumped up to 300ms only for a brief time im not sure how accurate that reading is one thing I have found does greatly impact the console performance is the clear local game save just freshens up the whole console and trying different Ethernet cables also can vary the ping results by 10 to 15 ms

Thanks for the tips. I went into my Netgear Nighthawk and turned on IPV6. I enabled it to auto. I did the benchmark test also. Did you enter the top two of the conclusion DNSs as the first and secondary DNS on your Xbox one? I didn't have time to try it yet. My Xbox one is also port forwarded and I did shop DNS servers two years ago to find a good one through trial and error. Spectrum said max download speed in my area is 100mbps. Before I enabled IPV6 I'll get 85-109 mbps download. Latency around 60.

about 4 days ago, my DNS server stopped responding during a snowstorm, it happens every now n then. Ever since it came back up, my download speed has been cut from 60-100mbps (fluctuates a lot) all the way down to 500kbps-4mbps.. Did something happen to my ISP's DNS server? is that why my speed has tanked? I know literally nothing about internet speed and repair so, sorry if that's a stupid question lol
