This video will review the best exercises to relieve neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. It will help teach a 10 minute routine to stretch out stiff neck, shoulder, and upper back muscles and provide fast relief. Do this exercise routine at least three times a day for at home relief.

Jeffrey Peng MD is a nonoperative orthopedist and sports medicine specialist. Thank you. When I'm doing Kraft work for example, carving pumpkins making ornaments the upper part of my back just really starts to tighten up and hurts. This helped a lot. This is the day after.

I have muscle tightness on my right neck & upper right shoulder (levator scapulae) & right rhomboid for 3 yrs. Great exercises which are suitable for my ailment. Kindly do your exercises also to side angle so I could see that I’m doing each exercises correctly. Kudos for teaching us the right way to relieve us of our body pains. Many thanks.
