40g sugar, 2g salt
30g cooking oil (excluding olive oil)
130g all-purpose flour, 6g baking powder, 5g cornstarch
30g melted butter
Croissant waffle ingredients (6-7 minutes)
75g cold water + 3g instant dry yeast
200g wheat flour, 25g sugar, 4g salt
200g all-purpose flour, 25g sugar, 4g salt
80g cold butter, diced
topping ingredients
200g whipped cream (heavy cream)
100g cream cheese
Oreo
lotus
cocoa powder
Strawberry
ice cream
maple syrup

쿠진아트 와플기계 선물 받고 집 주변 마트에서는 와플믹스가 안 팔고 대형마트에나 가야 파는거라서 집에 있는 재료로 간단하게 못하나 했는데 마미오븐님 덕분에 맛있는 와플 해먹었습니다😊 다음 번엔 이거 보고 크로플도 도전해보려구요😍

We take waffles seriously in our house kzfaq.infoUgkxUfphIgghPSpAXNq6OG2WRYsFVqylcqMn and worked our old one through many years of Sunday brunches till it finally gave out on us. Our old one only made two at a time, this one makes four! Nicely sized 1 inch thick which are lovely! Now the kids don't have to wait as long to eat our weekly waffle breakfast and everyone's are hot if we wait and eat all together! Setting 3 seems to work perfect for golden brown. Be sure to pour the batter in the center of each waffle square, not the center of the iron like the novice that posted the scorched waffles photo. About a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter in each seemed to work well for us. We tested making just one at a time so we could use all the remaining batter and it made it just as fluffy and golden as when we made 4!

Unsalted as it's a "dessert" but if you want to make them salty go head and use salty butter that'd be tasty as well!
