Welcome back. I wen't to Grandan Homes in Salisbury IN to find some of the best homes on the market. Including this 1140 sq ft Deer Valley home called The Lodge.

Would like to see this home as a 2 bedroom so other rooms are bigger and maybe the Water heater in it's own closet with a door.

Saw this on the big screen last night. This has real possibilities. First, I'd drop the fireplace and just drywall that wall. Save the expense and create wall space for furniture. Second, drawer over cabinets in the buffet and glass fronted overhead cabinets In that buffet. Wood shelves and rods and carpet in the living spaces. Heat vents in the floors. I live in the north and it gets cold in the winter. Heat rises. The overall floor plan is great. I really like the dining area.

The pantry size is a great feature. I love the soft color of the wood cabinets, and the countertops are just beautiful. The only downside is the very tight living room space.

You know what I am going to say.. love everything from the living room to the Master except the countertops that should be white with all that gorgeous wood elsewhere. The guest side really needs to be an office cutout and a larger bedroom and bath. To have such an amazing single wide with 2 horrible bedrooms is a crying shame. 2 beds and 2 baths, and this would be outstanding

Nice single wide. Love primary closet shower. Id rather 2 bedroom so other rooms could be bigger. And 18 wide instead of 16.

😊another beautiful single wide home "the Lodge" Nate. I thought the master vanity was a bit long and a tub could have been installed, otherwise very pleasing to the eyes😊. Thanks for the view.

Love the home but would prefer it as a 2 bedroom and quartz countertops and definitely get rid of the electric heater and that would free up a few feet!

Love to see this in a 2 bedrm. Deer Valley is my favorite Co. But I'm surprised the ugly bathroom lights

I would want the countertops from the master bath in the kitchen. The one there now is pretty, but not my style. Other than that, it’s pretty.

This home has no closets or cabinets truly for coat closet or linen storage. The master bathroom is nice but instead of a vanity with make up area make that area a full floor to ceiling linen cabinet.

Hot water heater in bedroom killed it for me. Terrible place for one.

Deer Valley is one of the best homes ever, yet they are dumber than dumb when it comes to proper decorating. WHITE TRIM AND DOORS INDICATES FORMAL, TRADITIONAL, CONTEMPORARY, NOT RUSTIC, SO WHY MIX THE TWO, CHOOSE ONE OR THE OTHER! Thanks for the tour.
