I’ve been loving the lanolips for the past few months. For me, it’s the perfect balance of moisture and protection but also as it sits in, it keeps them soft. 🍓

I love almost all of these! I haven’t tried all of them that’s why I say almost. I love Lanolips! And not just the original colourless one but also their colored one and the glosses as well! :) I love Laneige Sleeping lip mask, although I feel it’s too expensive for what it is - Burt’s Bees lip balms do the job great as well, and they’re so affordable! :) I love Honest Magic Balm because you can also use it for other areas of your body and not just your lips, so it’s really great all around. But yeah I think I love Lanolips the most out of all of these, but Burt’s Bees and Honest are great, too. Laneige smells good, like berries, but I’m not sure how much better it performs than the other cheaper options mentioned. Great video! 😊 Love your channel!

I use Uriage’s Bariederm Repair Barrier Lip Balm. It’s so good! Survived accutane because of it 😆 I highly recommend it.

I had a strange reaction to a chemical spf lip balm from banana boat where a got red, hard, painful circle patches on my lips that went away when I stopped using it. So I'm scared to use chemical spfs ever again. But I ordered the sun bum mineral balm from Amazon. I'm excited to try it soon.

Also, if you don’t mind me mentioning, because the Laneige lip mask doesn’t have natural ingredients how safe it is for us to use? Especially because it’s a lip product so we tend to lick it off our lips a little bit, this may not be good for us. Yes, it’s a minor thing but nowadays I tend to use more and more clean/natural/organic products for myself. Just my two scents.

I'm so sorry for my late reply, but I wanted to answer your question! It's actually a great question and the reason I didn't include this one (and a few other ones) is that it has some ingredients that I prefer to find more natural alternatives for. Specifically hydrogenated oils is something I try to stay away from for lip balms because I don't want to end up consuming them. Laneige is the one exception I mentioned that I wish had better ingredients but because it's a sleeping mask, I still use it. It's totally a personal preference though, I just wanted to share the lip balms I personally decided to use based on ingredients & performance. 😊

Just so you know folks, Burt's Bees (every single one of their products, I checked whilst trying to redeem a free item) contains soybean oil that is probably GMO and any lip balm that contains glycerin or tocopherol which is vitamin E is probably GMO soy. I first discovered that I had soy intolerance when I used the Burt's Bees medicated lip balm (their best stick balm) and the entire skin on my lips peeled off. Now you have to remember that soy is estrogenic, and can contribute to cancer and things like uterine fibroids. I have looked at the entire Burt's Bees line because I had a reaction to one of their lotions that had soy lecithin in it and it was just labeled as lecithin. I will however say that the Burt's Bees Overnight Intensive Lip Treatment, probably still has small amounts of soy in it but not enough to make my lips peel off and it is my Holy Grail lip balm.

I'm a little late to reply but I wanted to thank you for sharing your experience! I agree with you, I would prefer if soy was not on the ingredients list (I don't have a sensitivity to it, I just think there are cleaner alternatives). I hope they can come up with a new formula at some point in the future. And now I'm curious about the Burt's Bees Overnight Intensive Lip Treatment, I'll have to give it a try! 😊
