I got a fully loaded Pro4X with sticker price of $49.999 for out the door price of $45k 2 months ago. I probably could have done even better today. I payed in cash and did all over the phone. When I arrived to take delivery they had it detailed and parked out front for me. I was in and out in 90 minutes tops. Capital Nissan in Wilmington NC props to Jerry over there for making it easy. I've never bought a new vehicle before this.

And my advice as a buyer, Don't negotiate. Figure what your willing to pay and make your offer. And be firm on that offer don't move off it and they in most cases will bite if it's a reasonable offer

Dealers around Phoenix, AZ still are priced high. Most I saw was about 3500 off. Going to have to wait a bit longer for them to get really hungry. No more then 40k OTD is what I'll pay.

Hi. I had found those discounts in local dealers. However, the total discount is built like $1K in trade assistance (if you do not trade your car, there is no $1K discount), $1K if you get the finance through them, $500 for college grad, $500 for military and so on. Then, they do not sell the car without their protection plan which is about $2,500.

Those are those games they play that I was talking about. They will always try to prove you don't qualify for all of it. But that's where the negotiations come into play. And from my experience these deals are doable more often than not. But it requires a few hours on the phone and some negotiation skills. But doable, very doable.

I had a 2022, Good truck. Very basic, good power form the motor. Plain. Nothing compared to my '24 Ranger. Not a bad truck, if you can get a deal on one. Heavy steering though.

Not true, they make hardly anything, just ask them. They'll even show you the invoice. Well, a invoice, one of them. They are making ALOT of money. Then they feed you the "doc fee" bullshit. You know, all they have to do to do their job in the first place. Like the 3 minutes on the computer for the "docs". What a joke.

You do not need a broker and the Nissan frontier is a far better truck. It is body on frame and will last you probably close to the rest of your life

Fantastic question! Given that you are not doing hard offroad the Honda will last just as long as the frontier, has more room inside, drives better on the road and has some very cool features like the bed truck. Both are amazing. And the Ridgeline is actually excellent for camping, adventuring and exploring dirt roads and the trails. It's a fantastic truck. It is not body on frame like the frontier, but that has better ride quality and last just as long if not beating up hard offloading all the time.

I found the 24 frontier pro x for 38k out the door including all fees in california. Thats the best i have seen so far on this truck . The interest rates from nissan are decent compared to other brands and i have shopped around for months with chevy, toyota, nissan, gmc and ford

Love the titan. And the zero percent is huge! It's most likely the most reliable longest lasting full size truck made today. It's not as popular as others because it's more low tech. But high tech means unreliable. Low tech is what has always made the Japanese vehicles so great. Congratulations on such a great deal on an amazing truck. I got my 2023 4x4 sv midnight edition for right at 31k i'd imagine they'd do the same with the 24. It's not a bad truck, it's got modern tech but has an old truck feel. I personally like that, many complain about heavy steering. Got a 2 year service plan thrown in the deal as well, 0w20 oil only comes in synthetic so it surely adds up. I know it's not a pro 4x but the way the SV is optioned is up there, the sticker was 38,700ish if I recall.

I only live short hour and 40 minute drive from Gatlinburg,tn. How were the deals in asheville,nc? Tempting me to go get rid of my 2013 colorado trail boss and buy a frontier pro4x to get the better 6 cylinder engine and bigger cab space.

I'm a 40k mile a year driver. So there is a sweet spot that I like to sell my trucks between 50 and 70k miles where I can get the most money out of them and don't have to do any major maintenance to them. If I tried to jeep a truck 5 years it would have 200k miles on it by the time it was paid off and be worth much less with a high yearly cost to own and a fear of major repair.

Im here in the Philippines and still nit sure what 4x4 pickup truck to purchase. Looking at so many videos on here and there but not yet decide.Very tough decision. Especially when living in the province area and the roads here not yet paved all the way . I mean some roads here are very decent when traveling to the city area.

Would if it was worth it. But the 24 4 runner is almost out of production and dealers don't have the new ones yet. So right now they are all going to hover right at msrp. Still an excellent buy at msrp and you might get a dealer to knock off a grand. But that particular vehicle because of its situation is a tough one to negotiate or see deals on. Once the new 4 runner hits the dealers they might discount the old ones a little more. But that's a risk. Like the tacoma, one the new one hit the left overs sold out very quick.

I find the next dealership with a vehicle on the lot for a long time and walk if it doesn’t work out. One of them will sell or call back.

Every sales manager is a unique person and has to be read and understood so you can talk to them in a way that hits home. They do the same thing to you, that's why they start the conversation with some normal chit chat. When thry give you the "we could never sell it for that price" you want to react in way that he can associate with. Sometimes that means play dumb and let him feel he has the control and you understand. Then when he drops his guard start working him again on smaller amounts and build up. Sometime if they are arrogant and feel like you are wasting their time use it right back at them. Something like " look at me, I'm a 50 year old that owns 4 business and buy a new truck every single year. That means this not my first rodeo. Let's cut the bs stuff and not waste each other's time. You know and I know that invoice and the line you just gave me nothing. You also know now that I'm the kind of guy that gonna do what I say. And I said I'm buying this truck today from one of the 9 dealerships that have one I want on it. The fact that I'm talking to you still means something about you and your dealership rubbed me the right way. But it will ultimately come down to the price. So if you hit me with one more of those bs sales guy 101 lines I will be insulted and I'm hanging up.

Grubbs Nissan adds $3000 protection package and $1390 additional destination/handling fees. I got fooled. Their tactic is to get people in with low price and hit them with dealer add ons.

Very good chance all of that can be negotiated out. If not move to another dealer. I'm with ya, I won't play those stupid games. And we already pay destination fees as part of the window sticker. Shame on them. But still worth trying to negotiate that stuff off from them. It's surprising how many times I can get a dealer to remove mark ups and all the extra bs.

@@SamkoWorkShop believe me, I tried to bring it down. They didn’t budge even when they had 15+ trucks rotting in the lot. Got a better deal at McKinney Nissan, and while they added some dealer add ons, I was able to negotiate them down. $499 for plastic film door guards??? No thanks. I will pay for tints though.

At a Toyota dealer the salesperson gave me his card and told me to return when ready to buy when I asked for a test drive. I bought a Frontier and drove it to the dealership to return to the manager his salesperson business card.

The buying experience from toyota is pretty bad. There are some great dealers out there, but statistically toyota and ford are the most common to rake a guy over the coals. Nissan right now wants to move inventory and will deal well. So does toyota, they are over loaded with tacomas and they are freaking out. So right now at this current moment in time I feel there are some good deals to be had on the new tacoma. Matter of fact I will make one of these videos in a day or 2 for you to show you so you can make the decision best for you. However all that said I highly highly highly recommend you drive both and really look each over very well. Inside, outside, under etc. Wiggle stuff, push on things. So you can make the best decision for what you want.

I’ve been laughing at salesmen and managers who won’t sell me a gladiator for more than 20% off when they ALL had them for 25-30% off over 4 months ago when Jeep had the 15% factory incentive… Now it’s 20% off from the factory and they’re trying to stay at 20%. Meanwhile the same trucks are on their lots that I’ve been haggling with them about 3 months ago. Some dealers are at 24% off MSRP on 2024’s. It’s not our job to bail them out of their own stupidity.

The 23 trd pro is like money in the bank right now. You will probably be able to sell if for more that you bought it for, for atleast another 3 or 4 years

I've learned to look specifically at the negative reviews to determine the worst case scenario, because I had a horrible experience with a BMW dealer (Baron BMW located in Kansas) rated 4.5/5 stars, when they deserve 0/5. Those negative reviews will show you what to expect from that dealer

That is a very good point. Given the different types of people in the world today I take all reviews with a grain of salt and try ro cherry pick information I can use from each review to build my assessment. And I'm sorry you had a bad experience at the BMW dealer. But, might of been a blessing as now you know how to not get taken advantage of again. I have been there too. It sucks but part of a bigger education. And appreciate the tip of making sure to always check the bad reviews!

actually my system has made it where i have not spent a penny on my last 8 new trucks. Im actually in the green still over the last 10 years. Everysingle new vehicle has been free for me. And I dont get any special deals or treatments. I buy them all just like you. Hows that for a waste of money?

Talked to dealers about that in the past. They basically said the ads are usually made while the trucknis in transit to try and sell it even before it arrives and they don't always go back and shoot pics and update the home site because they expect to sell it quick. Just what I've been told. But regardless, it's always worth calling to see.

Maybe the should consider $20,000 off their ridiculous sticker prices. There isn’t a pickup out there that worth $90,000, no mater if it had gold bricks in the bed. Manufacturers and dealers are taking advantage of the buyers with their huge junk add ons, like chrome muffler bearings, special paint protection that washes off at the first car wash. Plus the ridiculous interest rate from bidenomics. Thanks Brandon you need to hit the beach and stay there. Save America!

WE should all start low balling Steeler ships cuz its a buyer market now and DONT pay for any BS add ons start the conversation with REMOVE all your BS addon or hang up the phone soon they will get the message and call you back it not there are many more Steller ships around

These prices are not legit. I have been to at least six dealerships that were advertising the frontier for 5 to 7 thousand below MSRP. But when you get down to actual numbers with all the add ons and dealer fees you may be 1 grand below. Most of the dealerships would not even give me actual numbers on paper prior to me going to the dealership. Trying to nail down and out the door price over the phone is impossible. Lying scum all of them. I contacted Nissan customer support about these deceptive practices but it was a waste of time.

They will all play those games. But learning the negotiate well has major advantages. Remember sales guys are extensively trained in counter negotiations and how to make you part with your money. Learning to combat that and how to win makes a huge difference

I can not think of one bad thing about the frontier. I'd personally buy one in a heart beat. I love all trucks and all brands. But right now in 2024 I out nissan right up at the top of the list
