Tell the one that was hit by somebody with no insurance that a very small cost option of your own insurance is the option of non insured driver. That way your insurance pays for everything and goes after the person at fault, or an insurance company if there is one to get reimbursed. 👱‍♀👱‍♀👗👗👠👠💓💓

He (SUV driver) is a douche and probably didn’t think the cammer knew the rules of the road. He probably say a person who didn’t speak perfect English and thought he’d intimidate him into going away and not calling the cops. I’m so glad the cammer did call the cops. Ton looked like an insurance scam. He sat behind the parked car and then pulled up. He looked at the car pulling out of the driveway the whole time and didn't stop, speedup or honk. I would check to see if he has insurance himself or even a license. He may not want to use this video if it's needed. I’m always confused by these because so often it’s people who are flying in the open lane. Why aren’t they slowing down to evaluate why they’re passing a line of stopped vehicles..? Wouldn’t someone slow down in case there’s a reason they’re stopped..? Or it’s people like this one who use those turning lanes far too long, or as a bonus lane.. So frustrating..

@@topnotch2588 I think the one in the blue vest looks like a delivery driver so he was probably looking at the house addresses that's why he was going slow stopping for a sec and continuing. the person backing out has the responsibility on checking there surroundings when backing out in any situation. to me the one in the orange vest was 100% at fault.

@@ferrumignis Lol the Prius was not paying attention and that's visible if you go back and look as fair as the other car its a blind spot so he came out slowly and the Prius appeared out of no were which again is in plan sight in the video so to conclude the only dreamer here is You. At 0:12 you can see the Prius stopped. Most likely looking at his phone. considering hes a Amazon Spark driver by the looks of his work vest. At 0:13 he gets on the accelerator. at 0:14 the reverse light be come visible and the driver pulls out and slows coming to the sidewalk and street. At 0:16 you can see hes looking completely forward and not paying attention to his surroundings. Side note the person in reverse has to look through there rear pillar and all while viability is blocked on the left by a parked car near the drive way

@@smashdioconnel1960 Not really. Just because you are committing an infraction does not mean you are automatically at fault. Imagine a guy running a red light and hitting a drunk driver. The drunk is committing an crime, but the red light runner is still at fault. In this case the driver should have gone slow enough that they could have looked to see if it was safe before proceeding.

@@brucewalton1886 Actually that's the job of the person in the turn lane, there are laws that say you can only enter the turn lane a specific number of feet before your turn for this exact reason. It's 100% illegal to drive that long in the turn lane so neither person should have been there really. It's more like one person ran a red light and one ran a yellow light and they hit each other, right light guy(in the turn lane) is more at fault than the yellow light guy.

#2 reminds me of my own parents. My father was out of control on the road and would scare my mother and me daily. He had no care for our safety, only wanted to be "right" on the road. Nobody was allowed to pass him or anything. He was allowed to do anything legal or not, but if you did something illegal he would chase them for awhile to scream at them. I remember him racing down the road until we got into an accident because another driver "made a face" at him. That was worth the accident with your whole family in the car??? I hope #2 calms the hell down, or she forces him to stop driving them around. I was terrified as a child and would not wish that on anybody for any reason. Hope they are safe.

@@henrypp8 My guess is, right at 5:30- the black car deliberately pushed the white one out of the way. When the black car signaled to move back into the left lane (from the shoulder), he actually went a little further into the middle lane to take a jab at the white car. I think the Scion should bear all of the blame (at the very least 90%)…I think owning & driving a Scion should be a crime period.

While the white car did force the black car off the road, the driver of the black car should have applied the brakes, moved back into the lane and the whole incident would have been over. Instead, the black car sped up on the shoulder and then forced the white car out of its lane, causing the driver to loose control. Two wrongs don't make it right.

They likely sped up to keep the other one from getting in front to brake-check. Who knows what happened previous to this. Judging by that girl's reaction, I'm guessing that this wasn't the first encounter of these two cars. Already exceeding the speed limit, I once had someone TRY to pass me on a two-lane road, only to see them turn left, onto a dirt road (had to slow greatly), immediately after I stepped on the gas.

At 2:10 Fort Worth driver was in the wrong, not the dude he was mad at. According to the laws of TX, there is no requirement to merge until the taper point, at which time the black vehicle had positioned himself ahead of our cammer. It doesn't matter if he sped up to get there. We even hear the camper say, "I just got over, you're crazy if you think you're gonna get in front of me." So the cammer was the aggressor here and if he had sent it to police HE would have been in trouble. Listen to your lady bro! You were the road rager.

The law also does not require to have the car in the through lane allow the merging lane in. The merger is responsible for safely merging, and the lane lined had ended prior to the person passing him. I would be willing to bet they would have got a ticket for passing on the shoulder.

I don’t know why this concept is so difficult. The vehicle in a lane has the right-of-way. You do not have a right to run into that vehicle. The merging vehicle must adjust their speed to traffic.

Exactly, what's the hurry to get back over? Quiet night, no traffic, wait until he's well back in the rearview mirror to get back over. Bet he jerked hard and didn't signal, either. I still think the other guy is an insurance-scammer, but don't give him the opportunity like that. Two tips: 1) Don't argue with him about who's right/wrong, just exchange insurance info and call a cop. Do not engage any arguments. You're probably going to be testifying against him in court, don't give him your game plan! Most people screw up when they're trying to show the other guy how smart they are. If anything, play dumb and give them a false sense of confidence. 2) Don't tell the guy that you have a dashcam. Let him go first and spin his yarns the cop about how you were driving like a crackhead, going crazy at the accident scene, how you threatened him, etc., then you reveal that you have it on dashcam. Never pass up the opportunity to catch the other guy lying his ass off.

White car was bound to hit someone by switching lane without checking but this might have made them to be more aware of their surroundings without anyone but themselves suffering for their own actions. That’s dumb that black car received a citation while white car that started it didn’t receive one

Dude on the motorcycle was not paying attention. He almost missed seeing the white car. That's why he almost got sideways. The white car was always there. The red car saw biker almost lose it and that caused him to brake suddenly. Green car wasn't paying attention either. Biker indirectly caused the accident.

I'm still not convinced that the motorcyclist was responsible for the accident. I'm more inclined to believe the accident was caused by the white car. It was stopped dead in the middle of a highway with no blinker, no taillights, and no hazard lights. The only reason the guy on the bike avoided the accident was because his vehicle was much smaller and more maneuverable than the two sedans driving behind him.

My dodge challenger was totalled by someone a few weeks ago who was reaching for a drink and wasn’t watching the road. She rear ended me (I was stopped for a red light) going 60 mph. She had been tailgating me for a mile previously. I slammed into the car in front of me, they fender bendered the car in front of them. SHE HAD NO INSURANCE. She totaled my car and her own, and caused damage to two other cars. She was cited for driving with no insurance, and she’s already broke to begin with. Although I am angry, I am praying for her; she is in so much trouble. I have to wait a few years (until I graduate college) to get another Challenger.
