I think a chef with 17 Michelin stars knows more than a tv chef does about pasta. Him being Italian doesn't mean that he knows more about making pasta. I'm always surprised at people who just assume something based on what passport they have

@@davidkelly499 His specialisation is English and French though which is what he is classically trained in - I've seen him fumble quite a few simple dishes (go check his grilled cheese sandwich, its a running joke, and his pad Thai which was criticised by a master Thai chef pretty heavily too lol)
