I'm so glad you guys got to experience and share with us this kind of dining, it's good to experience it once in a lifetime. My wife and I was glad to experience Vintage Cave Club when it was opened and it was like a whole new world there. We basically had the same menu as you guys and I can say I didn't realize that tako can melt like that.. it was also the first time eating uni, caviar and a5 wagyu and it was crazy good!!!, I would highly recommend our Foodie Ohana to explore their inner foodie with this kind of fine dining. I thought I was gonna have to hit up McDonald's after I saw the serving sizes but to my surprise, I was actually content after the meal. Thanks again for bringing us along and keep up the great content!!!

🥳💕😀🤯 great job on this omakase experience!!!! So neat to be able to witness just a taste of a master chef’s work! Must be amazing to have the ingredients flown in from Japan and prepared in the way he was trained! Mad knife skills in cutting the young ginger!!! Definitely had the genuine A+ experience and mahalo for sharing it with us! Wish him and you both much success! You both did an amazing job describing each item! I agree with many of the previous comments. Looks like you guys have arrived to the Big Time to get invited to such a fancy place! I love sushi and Japanese food in general, so this is a wonderful video. I definitely like that they pay attention to the details, even the quality of the sushi rice, which as Felix has mentioned, is the most important part of a sushi. Some people may not be aware, but the Sushi Sensei grated the REAL Wasabi right in front of you on what appeared to be a Shark Skin grater. @11:36 This is the Real Deal Wasabi. You can tell real Wasabi from the gritty texture as opposed to Fake Wasabi which is pasty. Real Wasabi will lose it's flavor when exposed to air, usually within 10-15 minutes. Fake Wasabi is pasty and thick pureed from horseradish, mustard, cornstarch and green food coloring. Everything looked so Ono. Mahalo for the Video.

Will be returning to Hawaii this week after about 18 years away on the mainland. Know of any sushi places that use real wasabi? Never had it, wanna try it. Just subscribed recently and usually love your content because you go to "mom & pop" places but this was way too fancy shmancy. Glad that you guys got invited to try it but especially when so many people in Hawaii still struggling now kind of out of reach for your average local here. I could probably only afford a meal like that in my dreams. I do love your professional looking filming and the way Felix describes and seems to enjoy all food that he tries.

Full course is $250 pp. We had a sample tasting, the actually full course includes more dishes 👍
