Greetings from Romania! Congratulations for your videos! Your videos inspire me to add variety to my hair and body care routine. Some ingredients are hard to find in Romania but I do my best. In one video you mentioned about hard water and I remembered how my mother used to wash my hair and my body with herbal tea. And I mean not only when it was about rinsing, but during the proper wash. Use neem, tulsi, stinging nettle, blackseeds, rosemary leaves in your regimen with tea tree- peppermint-rosemary-lavender-cedarwood essential oil. Make a deep conditioner, oil and/or spray for your scalp issues. Breakage often comes from dryness, lack of protein/strength or vitamin deficiences (iron). Use fenegreek, Indian hemp, henna/casssia, zizyphus and moringa for strength. Drink 2l water per dag and take multivitamins and biotin. Hope this helps.

So I basically used oil overnight (almond or oil) and in the morning before I showered I cracked 2 eggs (I have long hair, you may only need one) and then kept in my head for 1-2 hours and washed it. It stopped my hair fall and make my hair soft and shiny. I also never blow dry or use heat on my head, so if you do that minimize or stop altogether. Lastly, don’t use any chemical products on your hair.

Hi Sushmita, does this even slightly make your scalp feel tingly, because of the onion? I have a sore patch on my scalp, can I use it?

As I mentioned in the video, the sulfur content in the onion makes the scalp tingle, it is natural. However, I DO NOT recommend using it on broken, injured skin.

use organic vegan shampoos. they are made from plants. they don't have any chemicals in them. this is considered mild. what I recommend is using Apple cider vinegar as your shampoo and body wash. use it for 3 months. it helps with PH levels

it's not really acidic. but if it's acidic to you, you can dilute(mix) it with water.

Hi..a mild shampoo is the one which does not have SLS or sodium lauryl sulphate. It is a harmful chemical widely used in shampoos for that luxurious lather.
