I'll take one of everything plus about 200 gyoza to keep in my freezer! Yummy 🤤 I'll have to check this place out when I'm in Japan next year. Here's a stumper; grilled (roasted?) pork that's been boiled and grilled rice that's been fried. Is that the definition of a dichotomy?😂 Yes ma'am, you're doing something special 🥰

Blood flows through veins, arteries, and capillaries - not in muscle fibers. The meat itself doesn't contain blood, only liquids with Myoglobin and Amino acids. If the meat has moisture that you want to remove before cooking, it should be patted dry with paper towels. Washing raw meat with water is contrary to health and safety guidelines. The water can spread bacteria and contaminate surfaces. The cooking process eliminates any bacteria which may be present.
