Just made a version of this. Shaksuka Benidect. Did Shakshuka without the eggs and made a chunky puree. Then I made a benidect as usual but added the Shakshuka sauce under the poached egg, topped the eggs with hollandaise. Combo was unreal.

If you just got the iron, be careful, tomato has a lot of acid and acid on cast ain't always the best. But it's a pretty common thing to do in in cast and skillets. Kill it friend.

We don’t put onions in Shakshuka. We use Vegetable oil garlic tomatoes jalapeños salt and paprika. That’s it
