Pick one bird and shoot till it falls dead. Over and under shotgun in 12 gauge is my pick. Browning 725 Feather 12 gauge with 26 inch barrels is my shotgun.

I have bought a left-hand semiautomatic Winchester SX4 with a 26 inch barrel for my left hand dominant son. A 12 gauge with 3.5, 3 or 2 3/4 inch shot shell capability.

I disagree not much difference in recoil from 12 to 20 gauge as normally 20 gauge is a lighter gun

Lot's of variables, especially if you're 20 ga is lighter than your 12. Like-for-like ammo; 1300 fps@1-1/8 oz will be the same recoil but the 12 is most likely heavier = less felt recoil

I disagree that the reason a 20 gauge has a lighter kick is due to the velocity. 1250 ft/second is the same coming out of either…the only difference is the amount of pellets.

Super Black eagle 3 is great. My sbe2 has sentimental value so i havent upgraded
