When it comes to finding the right way to stretch your neck to relive neck pain and headaches, you should always make sure that you are incorporating a stretch that can provide decompression and curve restoration for your neck. This is why we always recommend the towel stretch to help decompress the cervical spine and give those muscles a rest. More recently a device called the Neck Cloud has been released and this claims to help provide relief for neck pain too.
In this video we review the Neck Cloud when compared to other neck decompression options as well as demonstrate how you should be using this particular device.
If you need help with your neck pain then check out the full neck pain relief program here:

I have cervical vertigo in my neck. I purchased the Neck Cloud from Amazon 3 weeks ago. I use it daily for about 10 minutes along with some Ben Gay and I feel somewhat better with the dizziness and walking off balance not as bad. My cervical vertigo was so bad, it was affecting my daily life causing me to go into depression. I love my Neck Cloud because it has helped. I send greetings from Washington, D.C. in the United States. I plan to make an appointment at your clinic in London when I visit there for the 1s time.

Devices like this can help put your neck in a better position, the neck hump is usually the consequence of either a neck curve reversal/straightening or your head protruding forwards - both of which would be helped by using one of the 3 options in this video :) some inner ear things can potentially be related but you'd be better getting the tinnitus checked out specifically :)

Depends how straight your neck is but typically you might expect a 10-15 degree improvement in a 3 month period if you're following a good protocol!

@@riswqnkhan3400 Part of this is going to depend how stiff/flexible you are. It would be common to find that the head at the start does not touch the floor, but over the weeks relaxes better and starts too.

So long as you combine it with other bits of rehab for strengthening and make a commitment to minimise time spent with the chin to the chest ie. on the iPhone

We actually have a video coming out this week to help that specific issue, the towel certainly has a place and there are a few other bits that can help actively :) - Video should drop in the next few days :)
