3 Sweet Potato
1 cup diced carrots
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 yellow onions (diced)
1 cup diced green pepper
2Tbsp white sugar
2 Tbsp black pepper
1 tsp nature's seasoning
1tsp cayenne pepper
1cup of mayonnaise
1tsp of dried oregano leaves for garnish
