In this video the 6.0 Bros go over their faorite towing modification for any tow rig! That is rear air bags. This is a must do for your tow build. I have grown to love this modification even in trucks with heavier suspension like a 350 or 450s. After towing without them when I previously have towed with them for years I really noticed them missing.

I haven’t had my 6.0 long but mine has air bags and missing some of the brackets it rides really bad

im going to give you a few options here. The first one is going to be a budget option that I am only really seeing for the first time but I do like the setup (its basically a knockoff of the firestrone kit) These are all affiliate links that in turn support the channel at not extra cost to you. Torque amzn.to/3IVT6sz Looks identical to the firestone kit that I have on my 04 f250, and they are the cheapest at $259 Firestone amzn.to/3GP86WF I run this on my 04 and love the kit zero issues easy install. it is a bit more expensive but you do get a trusted name brand that has been around a long time. $386.10 Airlift amzn.to/3J07f8e This is what I am installing on the 2016 f250 I went this route to try and compare the 2 and I plan to compare them in the near future as far as which kit I prefer. In my opinion I Think I would look for the best deal of air lift or firestone and call, but I have a feeling even that cheaper kit I posted would do very well, and could be replaced with firestone bags in the future. the airlift kit is $360

I ran for almost 10 years the Airlift kit on my 2005 Superduty DRW. I also installed Airlift on my 2018 tow rig. No issues ever.

Airlift is typically a little cheaper too. I'm excited to put my airlift on my 2016. Your 05 was amazing man

2016 250 6.7 .... I keep the bags @ 25pisg ..38ft / 5th wheel Sure would like to hear the towing setups of other RVers ... simular to this and load weight ...... Mileage is running around 22L /100km or 10.5 miles/ G ....

How heavy is your 5th wheel? I'm around 13k loaded up. When I towed with my 2004 f250 I remember messing around 28 I believe was my preference.

I have a 2005 F250 King ranch 6.0, while I do have airbags, I pretty much never use them because I tow a 32 foot fifth wheel at 11 1/2 thousand pounds laden, and it is absolutely level and I get no sway whether on flat ground or mountains, uncomfortable, yaw angles simply because of Sharp turns on inclines. I do believe that if I was pulling closer to the maximum fifth wheel tow capacity, airing up, those bags would have more benefit. Sidenote, I believe the control is due to the Bilstein shocks all around.
