Brian, you are right on the money with your review on the new Wells Lamont gloves. I have a pair of the leather palm gloves with the Velcro closure. These are by far the very best chore gloves available. The old style gloves were fine until the first time they get wet, and then they become harder than Chinese arithmetic. These new glove remain soft and pliable after they dry out. I keep a second pair in my vehicle! Wells Lamont has hit a home run with this new product!

I think that after doing that plumbing job I would have thrown those gloves in the trash and got a new pair. We never think about what happens after we flush the toilet and everything disappears. You get to see the other end up close and personal. You're a better man than me my friend. ATB Doug.

I use to go to the store, and buy packs of those jersey brown gloves. Years and years ago. I worked with them till holes got in them, only used them the winter. The fluxes we used would turn them red in place's when I washed them. I think I'll get a pair of those gloves to use when I cut wood.

Impressive product Bryan! I have always preferred leather palm or all leather gloves. They don´t melt when handling something hot. They are comfy and they breathe. The big issue has been water. Those seem really cool. Keep ones hands dry and don´t get crispy after being wet. And they are not cumbersome either. Really nice! I like both the leather palm ones and the all leather ones. The all leather ones would be great for outdoor trips. I wish we would have something like the leather palm ones at work. We have flimsy synthetic ones that last ( in best case ) for a week and absorb water better than toilet paper. There is nothing nastier than wearing wet gloves when it is cold. Great review as always Bryan :) Big thumbs up!

Looks like a great product. Up till now I have been using a water proofing product on regular leather gloves. Works pretty well but does add some stiffness. Appears these are only about $8.00 more than my method. Seems like a fair deal to me.

I do believe you but I’ve thought of a more revealing test for “take 2”. Change a tire on your car while the garden sprinkler simulates steady rain. That is where these gloves would shine, the pressure you would exert on the gloves jacking the car and using the lug wrench then the dexterity required to handle the lug nuts. How cool would that look on camera! How are they handle campfire heat?

If a man gets stinky water all over his gloves, washes them and then continues to use them I think the idea that he "sold out" for a sponsor is out the window. It also says something about the quality of the product and his fondness for it.

I got these for food processing work, I was kind of afraid they wouldn't fit under our required cut proof gloves, but they do. Now I just have to see if the if latex gloves fit over both of them. do these have really good water resistance? my hands constantly go in water, not fully submerged but partially.

I just went to a local store & bought a pair of the all leather gloves, saw the "Hydrahyde" tag & looked it up on line & found your review. The store had no mens leather work gloves at all, but they DID have womens Hydrahyde leather gloves. I normally wear a size L in mens gloves, tried the L in womens & they fit perfectly, & no finger tip flip or whatever it was he called it, so now they're mens gloves, and as far as I can see, the only difference is the trim is aqua blue instead of navy, & that just happens to be my favorite color. If you live in a state that has "Ocean State Job Lot" stores, their price for these is just $10.99, so if you're looking for some quality leather work gloves I suggest you get you some. I.M.O. These are excellent, & very comfortable.

I would recommend that you add something to show its a paid advertisement. I think your right and your viewers think your honest or you wouldn’t have over 105,000 subs. I guess what I am trying to say is don’t spend a bunch of time explaining yourself about the paid advertisement who care what others think. As long as your honest with yourself it will show it always does. Thanks for all the great videos.

I understand that, I just feel had they not had those holes they would have been a perfect glove. I was using them to pick up wet brush/ grass around my yard and the tips filled up almost instantly. I have since bought the full leather versions which have worked perfectly, just miss the flexibility of the blue ones.

I have just about as many pairs of gloves as I do flashlights... that's a lot. But I'm gonna have one more. :) Do yourself a favor and wear a pair of those nitrile gloves under those when fooling around with stinky water... I work where we try to put people back together after they do dumb things, unfortunately we do not always succeed. Getting stinky water on any break in your skin would be really a dumb thing to do... just saying. Them bugs is bad... We sweat a lot here in Florida, just like you guys... if they really don't get stiff after hours of work, I will be one happy camper, I wears my gloves no matter how hot, because like you said, we have exactly two hands, and I need both if at all possible.
