[Ingredients] (2-3serves)
-Zucchini 400g
-Sriracha or chilli sauce (Optional)
(Batter)
-Water 150ml
-All purpose flour 100g
-Slat 3g (1/2tsp)
-Egg1
(Mince)
-Beef & pork mince (50:50) 250g
-Salt 2g (1/3tsp)
-Black pepper some
-Garlic paste 7g (1tsp)
-Parmesan cheese 4g (1tsp)

👉Tip
Make sure to start pre-heating the oil before you roll the zucchini.
Once you rolled it, try to cook ASAP.
(Or leave it on a paper towel)
It release moisture as time goes by.
So don't leave it long, or stack it like I did in the video😅
