A few weeks late in watching this video and posting this comment, but Sonny - as a Vietnamese born person who immigrated to Canada, I must give you mad respect for honoring our culture like no other non-Vietnamese person ever has in the history of the world! Honestly, the way you open yourself up to our traditions back home in your videos is next to none. You have my thanks for respecting the culture, and my admiration for even letting yourself go outside of your comfort zone and even participating in it like it were your own. I wish you nothing but success and good health in 2018, as I look forward to seeing your grow on KZfaq and in all of your other endeavors. This youtube Colab with my two favorite youtubers is the "BEST EVER" I've been watching Helen for years, got more in touch with my Vietnamese side and learning how to make dishes I had when I was a kid. Sonny inspires me to travel to Vietnam and meet family I never met before. Both channels also make me incredibly hungry.

mind you foreigners who never tried fermented pork before ( or anything fermented really) you might find it a little harder to digest and even a slight stomachache . Thats completely common as your body is just not used to the new food. Its just like a lot of us Vietnamese struggle with the milk in the US where i been living past couple of years. Anyways CHUC MUNG NAM MOI can't thank you enough for showing the world how beautiful Vietnamese cuisine really is !
