Beautiful version, I learnt this years ago from a version by John Renbourne and Jaqui McShee. My daughter put me on to Beth, she saw her at the V festival.

When it comes to Beth Rowley this was the first song I ever heard by her, and i was just completely blown away. She does this song so freaking amazingly well. Then I heard the rest of her album and I can tell you my first thoughts: Her vocals are always mindblowingly amazing, but the songs are crap. This is from someone who wants music that's a bit diffrent and experimental.

Beautiful. Beth has the type of voice that needs very little accompaniment.

she has an amazing voice, but it was really weird, because i kept waiting for her voice to really take off on the chorus, but she did it the same everytime, i went all tingly with expectation and it just didn't happen :(

she was born in Peru, which means she is Peruvian by birth.
