Andrés, no sé si sabes español, pero solo quiero decirte que Rocío Dúrcal sí aprendió mucho de Juan Gabriel. No es que Juan Gabriel la enseñara a cantar, pero hay un video aquí en KZfaq en donde Juan Gabriel la está dirigiendo en una canción. La carrera que hizo en México fue gracias a las canciones de Juan Gabriel y él fue el que la convenció de cantar con mariachi porque ella no estaba segura de poder hacerlo.

Lo único que dije es que cuando ella llegó a México, venía de una mala racha en la que hizo unas películas poco afortunadas digamos (como la de "Me siento extraña"). Sir, with all due respect, I don't know what you heard: the recording from your perspective may have sounded fine but, as I commented to Beth, she sounded okay and I could sort of hear the instrumental part but the lady sounded as if she was singing through.water. As you should be able to read in the reply to my comment, I was not the only person to experience this problem.
