I saw your first big mac video I made them and my kids and grand kids loved them.

Well I'm going try the sauce as we always have own burgers in buns salad,that looks so much better you two lovelys thanks showing.

I'm a total addict to Butler's Empire. Once I switch on, I'm there for literally hours. Martin and Sharon make me want to try everything they do, as they (Martin especially) are so comprehensive in their presentations. I have now purchased a Corsori Air Fryer 5.5L and I intend to have fun, trying out some of their tried and tested recipes. Just love 'em.

what a lot people dont know is the mc donalds fries when they are made they are fried TWICE before being blast frozen, i know this as i used to work @ Mc Cains in Whittlesey who used to make the Mc Fries for the UK & European market, thats why when you break a mc fry in half there is not a lot in the middle, fun fact for you :) :)

I followed your Gammon/pork video to cook a cheap Asda (Asda’s 3 for £10 cabinet) leg joint it came out perfect, in less than half the time and at a lower temperature than my full sized fan oven and without the almost 30min preheating time so also saving money on the electricity thank you

You need a magnifying glass for the Australian big Mac's. Burger king/ au name Hungary Jack's they're ok and normal size. But at home we make our own. Thanks for the ingredients suggestions.

Great vid. Next time you do burgers, ask your butcher for a 80/20 mix of chuck steak and fat. Form your own patties with that (salt and pepper added only) and you will be blown away by the difference.

Not sure if you get the same particular type in uk but adding Kraft French Dressing makes the mac sauce even closer to the original.
