Excellent eye opener doctor. Lifestyle modification and low glycemic food are the key. Well chewed pulped food , slow intake of water at regular intervals, 7 a.m breakfast, 12.30 lunch , 7 p.m dinner enhances control of Hba1c below 6.5.👍

Doc, U hit the nail on the subject of diabetes. Logical reasoning, & sincerity in approach on the part of patients in terms of follow through on control aspects is the only answer instead of going inside the shell & shunning proper eating process is not the cure. As aptly put diabetes is a disorder & not a disease to be feread of. 🙏🙏🙏

I did it and I reversed my hba1c 9.2 to 5.3 And passed brown rice test After eating 200 grams brown rice my sugar levels are 107 1. Not all milk products Only milk not to take 2. yes 3.yes fruits also contains sugar so avoid fruits 4 do not take carbohydrates until you get insulin sensitivity 5 No you need to stop grains and pulses 6 you can reverse your diabetes throw life style change, food and eating timing changes I did it and I reversed my hba1c 9.2 to 5.3 And passed brown rice test After eating 200 grams brown rice my sugar levels are 107

Diabetic reversals are true... should understand procedure from good advisors... what sir said is also true where some inexperienced people may be sharing videos...I have seen people getting normal after following reversals from good advisors...try to find the good ones...

Whole wheat is definitely better than Maida. Artificial sweetners are mostly chemicals and dhould be avoided. You are right, it is better to have a small quantity if sweets. My diabetes is in remmission and I take care and am not taking any medication. My blood pressure and chlorestrols are also under control. Dr. Jason Fungs videos are excellent for remission. I also get my tests done regularly. Thanks for your video. You are right about the products you mentioned.

I want to share my own experience in this matter. I used to eat packaged wheat for a long period and result was very poor. In fact pp sugar was always in excess of 250. Now i am using chakki aata and that too purchased under personal supervision. My pp sugar is now below 200. So i request all the diabetic patients to stop ready made packaged wheat flour and try local chakki aata for better management.

Sir, will not lactose be converted to glucose to add to the Glycemic Index? I have seen a table where I found Glycemic Index of milk is 32 -34 whereas that of fermented milk is only 11.

Please doctors educate people not to consume oil and to use moderate healthy fats like ghee. I have cured myself completely giving up oils. It takes years for the cells to rejuvenate but the cure is sustainable with proper diet. I do eat some sweets occasionally without any problems.

Avoid all market packed food ( like maggi , chips , cakes , biscuit etc etc ) , refined oil , white sugar , maida and white rice .throw these to drain ....eat 500 gram fresh vegetables + fruits (any kind of whole fruits Chewable)... Walking and free hand exercise 1 hr everyday ... Sugar automatically control... 1000000% ❤❤❤

One more point you should mention while using wheat,if whole wheat grains are washed and dried and milled the gulan tolerance will be reduced automatically.Try different wheat grain verities ,eg,like Sharbathi Wheat tastes sweet than Bansi Wheat,. So many varieties of wheat are there in market, just like rice varieties.No need to quit the wheat just change the variety.Better wash and drained any grain before ground to prevent pesticide side-effects which may be one of the reason to gluten intolerance.
