I wonder were you picked up by friendlies or captured by enemies. Even in the very start of this video my thoughts were like this>> "If I were a Luftwaffe pilot, I would be soooo nervous about low altitude recon missions over enemy territory. I will be fair game not only to enemy fighters but also to Red Army infantryman weapons, heavy machine guns as well as Soviet counterparts to flakvierlings along with single barreled Soviet light AAA. And if I get shot down and fail to glide to friendlies or at least close to friendly lines, I am either KIA or POW".

I had to orient myself and glide quite a way back to my lines. I was back in my lines when I went down....

@@WW2AviationGeek I remember how Hans Ulrich Rudel wrote before Battle of Kursk that "Stuka is such a nifty plane that even if the Soviets shot me down, I should be able to limp with it long enough to make an emergency landing very close to nearest Tiger tanks". Glad to see Me-109 served you just as well. By the way, I posted my message BEFORE I verified Soviets indeed had a multi-barreled anti-aircraft weaponry during WW2. I was unable to find sources for that information afterwards but I would remember seeing some information somewhere, that Soviets had multi-barrered anti-aircraft armament during WW2. Even Microsoft Bing Copilot claimed that Hauptmann Heinrich "Gaudi" Krafft was shot down by a Soviet multi-barreled weapon. However, the same artificial intelligence also claimed "Heinrich Gaudi Kraffts death is not related to a murder or a war crime. He was found naked, with his head crushed, everything, even his clothes taken from him, only his Iron Cross was left with him". Many other sources make an unconditional, clear claim Hauptmann Krafft was beaten to death by Soviet troops shortly after he was shot down.
