In the latest clip, BG Knocc Out and DJ Vlad discussed Pop Smoke's alleged killers being arrested and the circumstances involving the rising rapper's death. Once BG learned that some of the suspects were facing the death penalty, the conversation shifted to if he believed in it. While BG Knocc Out acknowledged that the death penalty could be warranted in certain situations, he doesn't believe the American government has the right to execute anyone due to past atrocities that have been committed throughout the country's history. He also highlighted the number of people who have been released from death row due to DNA evidence and questioned what happens if a person is executed for a crime they didn't commit.

How do you give someone 30 years of there life back after locking them in a concrete box with no human contact ? The mental toll that would take on anyone has to constitute cruel and unusual punishment innocent or guilty it must be more humane to put them out of such misery ? The problem is not the punishment of death it is the legal system that is driven on one side by public outrage and a demand for a result putting so much pressure on prosecutors to get a conviction and on the other side the financial ability do fund your defence
