There is a article in the LA times about Gangs in LA in the late 80’s and they interview a few detectives and they say the ones who spill the beans real quick are the black gangs. I work as an EMT and will arrive on scene on shootings and the gang member (shooting victim) will tell the cop in back of the ambulance everything, what gang is was, , description of the car. I remember this one crip in 1995 was shot on the foot in Inglewood and was all tough in front of his homies and when we put him in the back of the ambulance he started crying like a little girl, and the cop was telling him, why where you actin all tough in front of your homies and now your crying, dude was just screaming and crying to give him something for the pain, always remember that, and he gave the cops all the info.

I see people not understanding what Knocc Out is saying by saying black gangs don't snitch on their enemies. He's not saying that black gangs never snitch or can't snitch, but that they don't use it as a weapon to get rid of their enemies. Sort of like in school, you have some students who would be quick to tell on someone they don't like just so that person can get in trouble. The student in trouble might hate the teller just as much, but isn't going around just looking for away to get rid of them. That's the difference with blacks in a lot of areas. Other races in rival gangs, jobs, and politics may have plans to get rid of certain blacks, but those blacks usually aren't thinking on that level to get rid of the people that give them problems.
