擂茶汤材料:九层塔叶400克、薄荷叶50克、树仔菜叶50克、花生豆炒香250克、芝麻100克、清水300ml、盐2茶匙、磨菇粉2茶匙、茶叶5克(铁观音)
擂茶蔬菜配料:菜心切碎清炒、蒜苗切碎炒豆干粒、桂豆切粒清炒、清炒树仔菜、清炒甜菜脯
*注:所有的菜只需放适量的磨菇粉调味即可
