MEAT AND MEAT SAUCE
200g ground beef
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp brown sugar
10 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
100g spinach
100 g mung beans
100g shiitake mushroom
1 small carrots sliced thinly
2 cups cooked rice
2 eggs
Oil
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds
Sauce:
2 Tbsp gochujang
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
For Mung Beans and Spinach
1 tsp salt, to add to the water
3 cups water, to boil
Seasoning sauce
1 tsp green onion, finely chopped
½ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp sesame oil
