എക്കാലത്തും മനുഷ്യ രാശിയുടെ മനസ്സിൽ ഉള്ള ഒരു ചോദ്യമാണ് ഈ പ്രപഞ്ചം എങ്ങിനെ ഉണ്ടായി. ഇരുപതാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടായപ്പോഴേക്കും ഈ ഒരു ചോദ്യത്തിന് ഒരു പരിധി വരെ ഉത്തരം കൊടുക്കാൻ ശാസ്ത്രത്തിനു കഴിഞ്ഞു. ആ ഉത്തരമാണ് ദി ബിഗ് ബാംഗ് തിയറി. ബിഗ് ബാംഗ് തിയറിയെ ഒരൊറ്റ വിഡിയോയിൽ ഒതുക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല. ആ സീരീസിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ വീഡിയോ ആണ് ഇത്.

Sir, very informative. I have a doubt. How we came to a point of 10^-42 sec? How come we know that physics laws fail at or beyond that point? What is relevance of that specific time? Or in other way, how come we conclude that all laws of physics are relevant till that specific point of time? Can u elaborate, sir

beyond that point the lies the so called Big Bang Singularity. A point of zero volume where all the energy of the universe is concentrated.. But singularity is a mathematical indication that the formula do not work there. General Theory of relativity breaks down at singularities.

Big Bang ന് ശേഷം 1380 കോടി വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് ഉള്ള പ്രകാശം നമ്മൾ ഇന്ന് കാണുന്നു എന്ന് ചിന്തിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരു പാട് മറു ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ വരുന്നു. അത്രയം സമയം സഞ്ചരിച്ച പ്രകാശം നമ്മുടെ അടുത്തെത്തി നമ്മൾ കാണുന്നു എന്ന് പറയുമ്പോൾ , Big Bang ദൂരെ നടന്ന സംഭവവും നമ്മൾ അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമല്ലെന്നും ചിന്തിച്ചു പോകുന്നു. നമ്മൾ അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണെങ്കിൽ നമ്മളെ കടന്ന് പ്രകാശം എവിടെയോ എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടാവണ്ടെ ? നമ്മൾക്ക് പ്രകാശത്തിന്റെ വേഗമില്ലല്ലോ? confusion...!!!

പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിന് 1380 കോടി പ്രകാശ വർഷം മാത്രമല്ല വലുപ്പം ഉള്ളത്. നമുക്ക് ഒബ്സെർവ് ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ദൂരം ആണ് 1380 കോടി പ്രകാശ വർഷം.കാരണം ഏറ്റവും ആദ്യത്തെ പ്രകാശം പുറപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു 1380 കോടി വർഷമേ ആകുന്നുള്ളു. പ്രപഞ്ചം രൂപം കൊണ്ട സമയം ആണത്. അപ്പോൾ ആ പ്രകാശം സഞ്ചരിക്കാവുന്നതിന്റെ മാക്സിമം ദൂരം 1380 കോടി പ്രകാശ വർഷം ആണ്. പിന്നെ ബിഗ്ബാങ് നമ്മളിൽ നിന്നും ദൂരെ നടന്നു എന്നല്ല അതിനർത്ഥം. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് നമ്മളിൽ നിന്നും 450 കോടി പ്രകാശ വർഷം അകലെ ഉള്ള (അത് ഏതു ഡയറക്ഷനിൽ ആയാലും )ഒരു പ്ലാനറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ഭൂമി ഇപ്പോൾ ഉള്ള സ്ഥലത്തേക്ക് നോക്കിയാൽ നമ്മൾക്കു കാണാൻ കഴിയുന്നത് ഇപ്പോൾ ഉള്ള ഭൂമിയെ അല്ല. മറിച്ചു ഭൂമി രൂപം കൊണ്ട് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാഴ്ചയാവും നമ്മൾ കാണുക. കാരണം ഭൂമി രൂപം കൊണ്ട സമയത്തെ പ്രകാശം അവിടെ എത്തുന്നത്തെ ഉള്ളു.. ഇനിയും 450 കോടി വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞാലേ ഇപ്പോൾ ഭൂമി എങ്ങനാണോ അങ്ങനെ നമുക്ക് കാണാൻ കഴിയു. അത്പോലെ നമ്മൾ ഭൂമിയിൽ നിന്ന് ഓരോ പ്രകാശ വർഷം അകലെ ഉള്ള വസ്തുക്കൾ നിരീക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോഴും അത്രയും വർഷം മുൻപ് ഉള്ള വസ്തുവിനെയും കാര്യങ്ങലും ആണ് നമ്മൾ കാണുന്നത്.
