3rd con:- The amount of power lost in the transmission is from about 15-25%. And hence performance is lowered (plz rectify the wrong info provided)

One more point - Maintenance: Although the service frequency is less... If at all something goes wrong or it fails the maintenance / repair cost will be heavy.

Please also mention the transmission oil leaks from this shaft drives of various GS. Common GS problem, which no GS owner will share.

Shaft drive main energy loss bhi jyada hota hai as compared to chain drive or belt drive. Yeh aur ek reason hain chhote bikes pe Shaft drive na Dene ki

Bhai shaft drive me sabse jyada powerloss hota hai, is liye normal bike ko nahi hota. Bhai performance badhta to s1000rr me to chain drive deti hai aur wo bike is bike se jyada fast and powerful hoti hai to uski chain tutati nahi hai kya.

Actually performance badhti nahi kam hoti hai, due to transmission fluid energy loss.

Idk why these companies fool people by saying more power Its definitely safe but not for offroading as shaft will add lots of weight and also it will reduce fuel efficiency.
