This is traditional jazz not ragtime, it was a very close offshoot of the genre though.

I recommend you watch “The Legend of 1900,” it’s a very good movie and it showcases some of Jelly Roll Morton’s music in an epic duel

The likely reason for that is Jelly Roll Morton did compromise quite a substantial amount of music And this was one that slipped through the cracks or was overshadowed, But revived after the 1998 movie The legend of 1900, so it's not unheard of that event the most prominent of jazz lovers have not heard every peice of even the most renound jazz composer's until pop culture came along with movies and can in a single stroke recapture interest of modern day audiences by featuring it in movies or series.

My brother watched “The Legend of 1900” and learned this rag a couple years ago. Now I'm learning it (secretly) as he did. So when next time he will show off to our grandma I will repeat it with a poker face.

It can be refered to as big fat ham or big foot ham, some sheet music has it as big foot ham.

Right at 2:09 there is an F octave in the left hand that should be an F-sharp octave instead, harmonizing with the D7 chord.

I don't get that first chord at 0:13. It'd probably make more sense to make it a G7 because that B flat makes it sound dissonant a bit.
