I bought a file from Blue World City - near ISB. Later I asked them to take full payment, and get me the registry. They refused, as they did not then own the land themselves. They had no NOC. Also they were famous for abduction and forceful landgrab. So I stopped payment. Now my.3 lac are stuck. And none of the people i know, has up till this date gotten ownership.
