When you think about the amount of energy that is in those rollers, that are able to make a ship of that size, list so drastically….it’s damn impressive

Oh man. Bad enough taking big waves over the bow but a following sea is really rough. The crew earned their pay on that day for sure! Thanks for the footage and Semper Fi.

Aside from the Sargasso Sea, the Southern Ocean is the only other body of water on Earth that has no definite boundaries.

Hi Barend, is it possible to contact you regarding this video? I would love to discuss a permission to use the video in an educational production if this is possible. Greetings!

Can you give an approximate location ? Where exactly in the Southern Ocean ?
@gulinborsti5 жыл бұрын
there is 2 locations, one below south pacific ocean and other below south atlantic ocean, both near antarctica. For precise info just google it, see wikipedia page :). Instal Google Earth, very good for exploring our planet and visual geo learning.

Somewhere between the area south of Australia, possibly out of Hobart, this ship was based here for a while.

Maori claim of sailing to antartica is a lie so they can own antartica. After watching this there is no way anyone can canoe with 80 people on board with little clothing
