From my research the design of these apexi coolers is one of the best designs, so it should drop considerably from the oem setup. I haven’t measured it tho hell I barely drove the car yet. I’ve been planning on bringing it to jimmys to meet up with Stevie’s y33 the salt on the road has been holding me up a bit. Soon tho! For sure we talk all the time

So for the s13 to run s14 bolts one option you can use is what I used on my s14, for around 20 bucks you can get cammed camber bolts and they should fit the s13 coilovers on s14 knuckles without modifying them. Besides that just drilling them out is fine too. I’m actually in the process of buying new s14 lower bolts to do the s14 conversion on this cima and they are expensive! Around 10 bucks each plus shipping

@@mikegtv6164 my brain is melting trying to think how that works. because the s13 coil lower mount has holes that are smaller than the holes in the s14 knuckle, so how is a bolt with a section with larger diameter supposed to get through in the first place? ive seen sleeves which may be a good idea, but i also like the idea of running the larger diameter s14 bolts, which are already on the car. im just not keen on taking a drill to the coilver because they were expensive and i dont want to mess them up. maybe making a jig to support the bit when drilling out the slotted hole is a good idea.
