19:00 Apply water on the edges of dough so that they can stick together and do not open in frying/baking. To avoid the snack getting sticked to the gadget, apply edible oil on it. This snack is known as Gujhia in India especially made during Holi festival, filled with sweet concentrated dry milk and dry fruits. And this gadget is widely used here in India. Love you from India.

Or eggs. On Central Europe we use whipped eggs, to stick of dough. Result is the same :) We name this food "taštičky" - "little bags" :) We doing this fried, backed, steamed, or boiled in water.

Here In Brazil it's named "Pastel". There's a lot of flavors but the most common has chicken or cheese and ram inside the dough. We use add ketchup, pepper and/or maionese when it's ready, before eating. There are states where they fill it with chocolate and even fries 🤣

18:58 you have to put oil to the full gadgets and after putting the doe put a little amount of water to the corners of the doe. It's same as an Indian sweet dish known as gujiya.

the item to form wraps was not working as we have to apply some water or milk to its boundaries so as to make it stick...
